At Prairie Orthotic and Prosthetic Services, Ltd., our facilities offer convenient hours. All visits are by appointment to provide the practitioner with the necessary time to focus on the individual needs of the client. Please call (708) 352-6766. The facility has off street parking and is wheelchair accessible.

Directions:
We are located between Willow Springs and LaGrange Roads, on the South Side of the street.
From
North: Take 294 South to
I-55 exit ramp. Exit onto Joliet Rd. East. Or 294 South to Willow
Springs Rd. exit. Then right onto 75th St., right onto Willow Springs
Rd., right onto Joliet Rd.
From South: Take LaGrange Rd. North to Joliet Rd., turn left onto Joliet Rd. Or take 294 to Wolf Rd. Then right onto Joliet Rd.
From East: Take I-55 to LaGrange Rd. Exit North. Turn left onto Joliet Rd.
From West: Take 55th St. East. Turn right onto Willow Springs Rd. Turn left onto Joliet Rd. Or, take I-55 to Joliet Rd.
Exit East.
Note that the addresses on Joliet Road are not in sequence, even though our address is 6502 and we are on the east corner of the block, a building west of us is 6500.
Prairie is within a two story building with double front glass doors. A handicap parking place is directly in front of our double glass doors.
